Terms of Service
Effective June 1, 2026
These Terms govern your use of driftsworld.com (the "Site") and the products sold through it. By placing an order or browsing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't, please don't use the Site.
1. Who can buy
By placing an order, you confirm you're at least 18 (or have a parent / guardian's consent), the shipping address you provided is valid, and you're placing the order in good faith.
2. Products are print-on-demand
Every piece sold here is printed when you order it. Production typically takes 3-5 business days, shipping another 3-7. We do not hold inventory; we cannot expedite production beyond the standard window.
Because each item is custom-printed for you, we cannot accept returns of correctly-printed, correctly-sized items that simply didn't meet expectation. See our Returns policy for defects, errors, and damaged-in-transit cases.
3. Pricing
Prices and product availability can change without notice. Once you've placed an order, the price you saw is the price you pay — no retroactive changes. We may correct obvious pricing errors before fulfilling the order, in which case we'll either confirm the corrected price with you or refund in full.
4. Intellectual property
All designs, brand marks, photography, and copy on the Site are the property of Drift's World. The garment is yours after purchase, but you may not resell mass quantities, reproduce the artwork for resale, or use Drift branding for your own commercial purposes without written consent.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Site to scrape product data at scale, attempt to bypass payment or access controls, abuse the customer-service channel, or violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for any of these reasons.
6. Order acceptance & cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case we'll refund you in full. (Rare — usually only if an order flags as fraudulent or the design is out of production.) You may cancel an order yourself within 24 hours of placement if it has not yet entered production; after that we cannot stop the print.
7. Limitation of liability
We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. The standard ceiling on any individual claim is the amount you paid for the order in question. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
8. Third-party platforms
We integrate with third-party platforms (Stripe for payments, Printful for fulfillment, Resend for email, TikTok for social posting, etc). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their decisions (account suspensions, payout holds, content moderation).
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; the effective date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes are surfaced to subscribed customers by email. Continued use of the Site after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under them will be resolved in the courts of the United States.
